An active member of Golaghat's business circle, Gautom has been closely associated with farms and farm related businesses as an Entrepreneur. He was General Secretary of Golaghat District for Assam Chambers of Commerce. Professionally trained by Central Institute of Fisheries Education and Progressive Farmers Exclusive Program by Government of Assam.

Before starting his Entrepreneurial journey Naruttom was managing a Business unit of WPP in India. Having worked in rural markets across the country in building brands and Community engagements for more than 16 years, Naruttom today also runs an Advertising & Communication Company based out of Mumbai. He is also a Visiting faculty at Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai for Rural Media & Marketing.

With more than 30 years of experience Dr. Satya is one of the most celebrated Veterinary practitioner in the region. He is also a serving Veterinary officer to the Govt. of Assam. A post Graduate in Veterinary science he has undergone various professional training from some of the prestigious institutions like Central Institute for Research on Goat, Makhdoom, UP, Regional Fodder Station, Kalyani, WB and I.C.A.R on Yak, Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh.
